Public Beta Wear ships all over the world from Hungary (EU).

All orders are sent by Hungarian Post (Magyar Posta) with recorded priority mail.

Most of the orders are shipped within 24 - 48h after being paid (status confirmed).

The Hungarian Post states estimated delivery time to the European Union countries is 3 working days, to the other European countries 5-10 working days, to the countries outside of Europe is usually 8-10 working days. These delivery times are based on estimation, and are not guaranteed!

For orders to Hungary the following shipping fees apply based on the shipping weight of the products:

< 250g     1.5 €

< 500g     2 €

< 750g     2.8 €

< 2000g   3.4 €

 

For orders to Europe (not only EU) the following shipping fees apply based on the shipping weight of the products:

< 250g      7 €

< 500g    10 €

< 1000g  16.5 €

< 1500g   21 €

< 2000g  25.5 €

 

For orders Worldwide the following shipping fees apply based on the shipping weight of the products:

< 250g      8 €

< 500g    11 €

< 1000g  18 €

< 1500g  24 €

< 2000g  29 €

Delivery

 

If after 2-3 weeks you have not received your order please first contact your local post office. In case of non delivery the post might hold your mail for some time before returning it to us. If your local post cannot provide you with info about your mail (from Public Beta Kft., Hungary) please contact us. All our orders are posted as recorded mail, therefor can not be lost.

In case of non delivery due to incorrect shipping address submitted at checkout, we cannot be held responsible. If your mail has been returned to us, we will post your order again, but additional postal fee will apply.

All products are posted in excellent condition. If you receive your order and the package has been damaged during shipment, we cannot be held responsible for this and you will need to make a complaint and take this up with the delivery company. This way we can avoid a misunderstanding. However, we would definitely like to hear from you if something like this has occurred so we can further investigate.
